As the industry shifts toward sustainable construction, we are leading the charge—offering practical solutions, technical support, and deep expertise to architects, developers, and contractors.

To support our continued growth, we’re hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our presence across Munster and reinforce our position as the go-to ICF partner.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, advising on technical aspects of ICF systems, and supporting targeted marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with architects, developers, and contractors to deliver commercially sound, technically robust solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Well-networked in the West of Ireland construction market, with relationships across small, medium, and large firms.

• Proven ability to self-manage and work autonomously to hit growth targets.

• Strong track record of working collaboratively with contractors

       on-site and pre-construction.

• Confident commercial acumen - able to understand project margins, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

• Familiarity with ICF or a willingness to gain deep product knowledge.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make technical topics accessible.

• Comfortable contributing to marketing and brand awareness initiatives, including events, CPDs, and digital content.
